The Frozen Tart Shell Stacking Flexible Automated Packaging Production Line is an advanced automated production line designed for frozen tart shell stacking and picking technology. The solution consists of 8 sets of flexible robot manufacturing units + 2 sets of standard flexible manufacturing units. By using vacuum sleeve suction cups and high-precision sensors, combined with intelligent vision systems and flexible conveyor lines, the robot can gently and efficiently absorb the tart shells and stack them at high speed. When the set stacking quantity is reached, the next step of stacking, tray loading, box loading, bag loading, tube loading and other flexible packaging actions are automatically triggered. In addition, the production line is highly flexible and can quickly switch and adjust the production line by replacing some equipment, adjusting control system parameters, and changing packaging materials.
