The vertical/horizontal case packing and palletizing flexible automated production line consists of three flexible robotic manufacturing cells and three standard flexible manufacturing cells. Utilizing a modular design concept, it integrates a robotic sorting system, a flexible cartoning and boxing system, and palletizing. The production line utilizes an intelligent vision system for unordered material sorting and positioning. It is equipped with Jiansong's intelligent flexible robotic manufacturing cells for rapid sorting and case packing, supporting rapid changeovers for multiple product sizes. Combined with collaborative robotic palletizing, the robots can pack at speeds of up to 40 cartons per minute. This line is particularly suitable for cartoning, case packing, and palletizing cylindrical products such as beef rolls, lamb rolls, pork rolls, sausage products, vegetable rolls, and seafood rolls.
