The mooncake flexible production automation production line consists of 2 sets of flexible robot manufacturing units and visual inspection systems, which can quickly adapt to the production needs of mooncakes of different specifications, shapes, packaging forms and packaging quantities. The mooncake skins are transported to the stuffing station in an orderly manner via a food-grade conveyor belt, and are grabbed by a multi-joint robot and taken to the ice cream filling line to fill the mooncake skins. At the same time, the collaborative robot uses complex and precise picking and pressing actions to tightly wrap the fillings around the skins to form the prototype of the snow mooncakes. The entire stuffing process is fast and efficient. The stuffing time for each snow mooncake is usually around 10 to 15 seconds. On average, 10,000 snow mooncakes can be sorted and produced per hour, and the stuffing quality and shape of each product can be guaranteed to be highly consistent.
