Butterfly Cracker/Almond Puff Pastry Automated Production Line Based on an innovative modular architecture, this system integrates flexible robotic manufacturing cells with standard flexible manufacturing cells. A high-precision machine vision guidance system enables fully automated packaging of butterfly cakes, almond cakes, and various other shortbread products. This encompasses a closed-loop process from precise tin box loading, intelligent sorting and cartoning, inline quality inspection, to intelligent palletizing. The robotic system enables non-destructive gripping and cartoning of complex pastries, supporting flexible handling of both round and square tins. It also supports dynamic mixed-line packaging for a variety of product sizes, including single-piece pillow packs, plastic trays, and paper boxes, providing a flexible automation solution for the final packaging of multiple shortbread categories.
