On April 12, 2025, at the annual dinner and awards ceremony hosted by the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (Manufacturing, Industry and Systems Division), Jiansong Intelligent's "Butterfly Cookies/Almond Bars Flexible Packaging Automated Production Line" won the HKlEMiSIndustry Award 2024-25, New Industrialization-Gold Award for its excellent performance and innovative technology. Johnson Smart is the executor of the first model project in the Hong Kong food industry led by the Hong Kong government, responsible for the construction of the whole factory flexible automation production system and MES system.
Breakthrough innovation, winning awards with strength
Johnson Smart focuses on the technological innovation and research and development of flexible packaging automation production lines and flexible robot manufacturing units, and continuously promotes flexible automation production lines to a higher level.
The butterfly biscuits/almond bars flexible packaging automated production line is a highly customized fully automated production line that adopts a modular design concept and perfectly adapts to the post-packaging needs of butterfly biscuits, almond bars, shortbread pies and various biscuit products. The production line supports the simultaneous processing of round/square dual-form iron boxes and is compatible with mixed-line packaging of 3 to 5 product specifications. Under the guidance of the intelligent visual system, the robot system quickly and accurately picks up butterfly biscuits and almond bars and puts them into iron boxes, gently grasping to ensure zero damage, and realizing the automation of the entire process from iron box loading to finished product inspection, packing and palletizing.
Program composition:
10 sets of flexible robot manufacturing units
18 sets of standard flexible manufacturing units
Unit capacity:
18000 pieces/hour
Program benefits:
Capacity is equivalent to 40 people (20 people per shift, 2 shifts)
This award is another encouragement to Johnson Smart. We will continue to explore more applications of flexible packaging automation, enable more manufacturing companies to transform and upgrade, lend a helping hand to the upgrade of flexible automation production lines, and contribute our own strength to China's flexible automation!
